Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Grant Dowsett, a passionate business and mindset coach. My mission is to empower you with the tools, strategies, and confidence you need to elevate your life & business by shaping a powerful, success-driven mindset.
Why I Became a Coach
A few years back, I faced a pivotal moment in my life. After starting and running a manufacturing business for 14 years, I had to make the difficult decision to close its doors and sell it off in pieces. This wasn't just a professional setback; it shook my very identity. I struggled with depression and found myself turning to very unhealthy coping mechanisms with nearly fatal consequences...
However through this extremely challenging period, I discovered something profound: true success and happiness aren't solely about business strategies or tactics. They're rooted in cultivating the right mindset.
With renewed determination, a commitment to learning, and guidance from some remarkable mentors (Mainly Bob Proctor), I began to rebuild. I shifted my perspective and, in doing so I managed to restore my health and transformed my life. (This is the extremely abridged version btw tbc)
Today, I'm passionate about sharing what I've learned. My experience has shown me that with the right mindset and support, we all have the potential to create the life of abundance and prosperity (whatever that means for you) that we envision.
