What Do We Actually Know?

Long before I became a mindset coach, I was and still am deeply fascinated by science, technology, and human advancement. I’ve always kept one eye on the latest breakthroughs in physics, space exploration, and technology. And if there’s one thing all this learning has taught me, it’s this: the more you learn, the less you actually know.

Nothing should ever be taken as a permanent, unshakable fact. You me and the whole human race only know what we know from our current level of awareness at any given time.

Take Einstein’s assertion that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light. For most of my life, I accepted this as an absolute truth. It was written into the fabric of science as if it were immovable law. But then I started digging deeper into quantum physics specifically quantum entanglement.

I thought wow what do we see here? Instant connection. Two particles, separated by vast distances, behaving as if they are linked outside of time and space. No lag. No delay. Just instantaneous connection.

That means the old baseline the speed of light might not actually be the limit after all. The universe has revealed a new kind of speed: the speed of entanglement. (IMO)

And this isn’t the first time we’ve been humbled.

I vaguely remember reading that back in the 1800s, a scientist of the day earnestly declared, (now I’m paraphrasing here big time) ā€œEverything that can be discovered has been discovered.ā€ Looking back, it sounds laughable, doesn’t it? Yet even now, we make similar assumptions.

Take the James Webb Space Telescope. It has recently captured galaxies so formed, so developed, at such incredible distances that they simply shouldn’t exist according to our current models. These galaxies appear to have emerged almost immediately after the supposed Big Bang. Which suggests that our very story of the universe’s origin the Big Bang theory itself may not be the whole picture, more so everyday.

It’s humbling.
It’s thrilling.
It’s terrifying.

And it leaves us with the same realisation: so much of what we think is ā€œfactā€ is simply our best guess for now?

Tomorrow, it could all be rewritten.

For me, this is more than just science trivia it’s a mindset lesson. If the universe itself refuses to be boxed into rigid rules, why should we? If the foundations of physics can be overturned by new evidence, then our personal ā€œtruthsā€what we believe is possible for our businesses, careers, relationships, or lives can absolutely be rewritten too!

The only real question is: will you cling to the limits you’ve been programmed to believe, or will you open yourself to the possibility that what you think is impossible… might only be waiting for you to see it differently?

Because if the universe can bend its own rules, so can you, I know it.

For Sure!

Why Most Men Aim Too Low

And How to Set a Goal That Electrifies Your Soul

ā€œMost people don’t fail because they aim too high and miss. They fail because they aim too low and hit.ā€ - Les Brown

There’s a dangerous illusion that’s infected the minds of high-achieving men:

ā€œI should set realistic goals.ā€(Or some might say ā€˜SMART’ goals)

Realistic to who?

To your current bank balance?

To your past failures?

To your dad’s voice in your head telling you to settle for safety?

To your fears of not being able to provide for your family?

Let me ask you this:

What if you’ve been setting goals based on your past programming - not your potential?

See, when I first started coaching men who were ā€œsuccessful on paperā€ but quietly miserable and or stuck, I noticed the same pattern over and over again…

They were chasing goals that made sense…

But didn’t make them feel.

Goals that were logical…

But not liberating even illogical.

Here’s why:

The Three Types of Goals (And Why Two of Them Keep You Stuck)

Bob Proctor taught us this — and I’ve watched it play out in real time with clients repeatedly:

1. A-Type Goals

What you already know how to do. Safe. Boring. Soul-killing.

2. B-Type Goals

What you think you might be able to do if you plan it out. Slightly exciting but still based on your past like ā€œI’m going to buy another new car this yearā€.

3. C-Type Goals

What you really really want. With No idea how to get it, but you want it with every cell of your body and it excites the crap out of you!

šŸ’„ That’s the kind of goal that activates your spirit.

That’s the kind of goal that demands you become a new version of yourself.

My C-Type Goal (And What It Did to Me)

Years ago, I was stuck in the loop too.

I had a commercial solar business. It was doing OK.

But I knew deep down it wasn’t what I really wanted to do in fact I was doing it to pay the bills and just be working (I did like that it helps the environment tho) I knew I was meant for more, much more!

Then I wrote down a goal that scared the hell out of me:

ā€œI help thousands of men literally reprogram their subconscious minds for massive success and get paid $100,000+ a month doing it, working less hours per week, while having time to play golf, working out, and loving life.ā€ (And as it turns out single also) but that’s a whole other story for another time.

I had no idea how that was going to happen.

But I made a committed decision.

And when you commit to a goal that requires quantum growth, the universe shifts.

That’s when I found Bob Proctor and C-Type Goals.

Why C-Type Goals Work

Because they force you to think from possibility, not probability.

You don’t solve the ā€œhowā€ from the man you are now.

You have to embody the man who figured it out already.

That’s the magic of this first step in ā€œThinking Into Resultsā€.

Jasons story: The ā€œBusy but Boredā€ Executive Consultant

Jason came to me earning mid-six figures but stuck in burnout.

He had a million ā€œto-dosā€ but no drive.

When I helped him design a C-Type goal - that was building a business that ran without him, served men in recovery, and made $1M+ a year all of a sudden he lit right up!

About six months later, he’d launched the program.

Now he’s not just making money for the sake of it. He’s living his absolute mission in life!

That’s what happens when you stop thinking like a conservative manager living in safetyland and start thinking like a Visionary.

Your Move Mate

If your goals don’t scare you…

If you already know how to get there…

If your gut doesn’t leap forward a little when you read it out…

Then it’s not the right goal.

It’s just a repeat of your past.

And you weren’t put on this earth to relive your past.

You were born to create your very own amazing future!

A.I. Implementation Advice For Large Companies!

MIT just delivered a brutal wake-up call that should terrify every Fortune 500 CEO: 95% of corporate AI pilots are failing to deliver financial returns despite companies spending $30-40 billion on generative AI.

The numbers tell a devastating story. While 80% of companies are testing AI and 40% have deployed it, only 2 out of 8 industries show real disruption from their efforts. Big firms run endless pilots but struggle to scale beyond proof-of-concept purgatory.

Salim Ismail (Angel Investor & Technology Strategist) has cracked the code for corporate A.I. transformation, and his advice is surgical: "Go create an edge organisation that's replicating the functionality... Do not try and transform the mothership. Do not do it."

Create a small, A.I. native team reporting directly to the CEO. Let them rebuild core functions from scratch using A.I. Run parallel operations until the edge organisation delivers superior performance, then migrate the entire operation.

You can't retrofit a Ferrari engine onto a horse-drawn carriage. So this is the method you must follow to achieve the amazing promises of A.I. adoption in your business.

2. ā€œI want to reorganize my personal life—fitness, side business, and family time—but it all feels too big and messy to handle.ā€

3. ā€œMy team has several overlapping projects, and priorities keep shifting. Can you help me make sense of what to tackle first and how to structure it?ā€
